The Property Business in Spain has seen many years
of exceptional profits for Agents, Investors and
vendors.
Over the past three years the number of buyers has fallen dramatically, and even
the UK market is struggling at the moment.
Today is a buyers market, so do vendors really want to see their price raised

Some Spanish properties are on the market at over 30,000€ more than the
